Voting

"People often say that, in a democracy, decisions are made by a majority of the people. Of course, that is not true. Decisions are made by a majority of those who make themselves heard and who vote -- a very different thing." ~ Walter H. Judd

This post is for those living in Idaho.  I would like to encourage you to get out and vote tomorrow in the primary election.  Voting is our right, duty, and privilege, for which many men and women have fought and died to allow us to have that right and freedom.   This link will take you to a list of those running, so you can look it over, and do some research today so you know who to cast your vote for tomorrow:  Idaho Candidate List

The list may seem long, but as far as legislative state senator, look for your area as that is the only one in that long list of people that you vote for tomorrow.

Voting is a special freedom we are blessed to still have the right to do in this country, so please take time to vote in the primary, and make your voice heard.  Thank a veteran for helping you to keep that right, as well.

"Those who stay away from the election think that one vote will do no good: 'Tis but one step more to think one vote will do no harm." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Now more than ever the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption." ~ James Garfield
