Last week, my hubby took a few days off. We spent some time in the mountains, enjoying the scenery and getting some firewood.
We had a doe and her yearling fawns come within 25 yards of our truck. For some reason, something about my camera was fascinating them.
....and the rain started......

Fall is definitely in the air!
The day ended with a beautiful sunset on Lake Pend Oreille. Thanks, God, for all the beauty of your creation that surrounds us every moment of every day!
